Athlete Strength & Conditioning:


Athletes compete with a designated season of competition, they can benefit from reestablishing or improving their strength by doing offseason strength maintenance and conditioning phase. 


Skorch Fitness offers off-season and summer strength and performance courses designed for the athlete.   We structure our programs to the individual or group based on the goals of coaches, students, and parents.


Our goal is to increase your strength, speed, and power to maximize your performance. As athletes can use their strength program through-out their multi-year athletic career.

Circuit Training:


This workout gets your heart rate up and strengthens your muscles at the same time. You can either move quickly or at your own pace through 8 exercise stations to work for different muscle groups with little to no rest between stations. Each station has a different exercise.
